When should I think about ordering wedding stationery?
Usually Save the Dates should be sent out 9-12 months before your wedding, or 12 -18 months if your wedding is abroad.
Aim to order your invitations 4-6 months before your wedding, as these should be sent out at least 3 months before.
Make sure to request your guest replies are back 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
On the Day Stationery should be ordered at least 6 weeks before to allow time for final proofs, printing and delivery.

What stationery do you provide?
We offer a wide selection of Wedding Stationery including Save the Dates, Day and Evening Invitations, RSVP cards, Mass/Ceremony booklets, Place name cards, Table Plans, Table Numbers, Menus, Information Cards, On the Day Signage and much more.
Do you send Samples?
Yes, samples are available to order on our website. We recommend to order a sample to see and feel the premium quality of our card stock. Lasercut invitations are viewed by appointment only, once you choose your design and wording, a sample is made for you.
Do you provide consultations if we want to chat about our stationery?
Yes, consultations can be booked to view our designs and discuss your requirements. I work from my home studio in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
There is also the option to do consultations over the phone or video call.

How many invitations should I order ?
The general rule is one invitation per household, couple or guest.
We also recommend ordering an additional 10% extra. These will come in handy for errors, guest list changes and keepsakes.

Do you have a minimum order quantity on invitations ?
No , unlike others, Sentiments has no minimum order quantity for invitations.
However, there is a minimum order on Ceremony Booklets of 20 as a lot of extra work goes into formatting these.

Can you print guests names on our invitations?
Yes, we offer the service of guest name personalisation at an extra charge. Otherwise, our invitations are provided with a line or space to write guest names in yourself.
Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes, envelopes for any stationery that needs them are included in the price.
Premium quality white or ivory envelopes are included in invitation price.
Pearlescent or coloured envelopes are available at an extra cost.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Once you have decided on a design, a 50% deposit is required to secure your production slot.
Once a date is scheduled we can start working on your order.
After design is fully approved, the balance should be paid in full before production starts.

Do you take last minute/rush orders?
We can take a limited number of last minute orders per month.

Can font styles be changed?
Yes, we can send you some different font options that we think would work well with your chosen design.

Can wording be changed?
Of course wording can be changed. Please send us your preferred style of wording for your invitations when placing your order.

Do you print invitations in any other languages, apart from English?
Yes, simply provide us with the exact wording that you would like printed on your stationery.

Do you create bespoke designs?
If you like our style but want something completely unique, we can create a bespoke design with fees ranging from €25 to €50 - This design fee is on top of printed stationery prices.
Alternatively, if you see a design of ours that you like, and you wish to change the colour, do get in touch as elements of the design can be changed.
Simply just changing the background colour can often be enough to make it work for you. These changes are free of charge.

Can you supply other stationery to match our invitations?
Yes, we can match all other stationery items you require to your wedding invitations.
How long does it take to complete my order?
After approval, orders normally take 2- 3 weeks to complete depending on design finish.
How much does delivery cost?
There is a €5 to €15 postage/courier fee depending on order size.
